SHIPPING

Most International Shipping is estimated 5-14 business days maximum.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery of your parcel. We trust that our couriers will deliver your parcel efficiently however please note there is nothing we can do once a parcel has been picked up. On the rare occasion of a missing parcel, refunds will not be provided and we cannot be held responsible. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly. Calle Arienzo cannot take responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.
